I have some recent pictures for the National Register of Historic Places that I will be uploading to Wiki Commons, and I would then like to add them to the pertinent articles. Do I add them myself, or does someone else do that?

Sorry for the question, but I'm only familiar with the procedure that was used during the NRHP contest for which there was a link to upload images for each place.
