By the look of it, you know a great deal about the subject of copyright.

Ideally, if there was a lovely blurb full of big words on the filepage, and some guide to copyright somewhere on commons, then it would be a solution that could be applied to a lot of articles, although, so far, there has only been that one which I've seen at the gfx lab.
