By uploading [[:File:Village Mall in Rio - March, 2013.jpg]], which was taken from http://www.flickr.com/photos/riotur/8577585798/in/photostream/, where it is clearly labelled as "(C) All rights reserved", and by wrongly declaring it to be released under a "cc-by-sa" license, you have committed a copyright violation.
