it can seem nasty if someone deletes a image you uploaded, and it seems nasty from your side of the matter, but from the other people's side there are so many images that are copyright and are copied off the Internet that it is very hard to do much more with each one than just delete it. There are that many, gazillions. Well, from their side, it almost seems like you're yelling even though you're not, you're just a bit upset and that's understandable.

About the image, you can probably read up about [[COMMONS:OTRS]] which will tell you what you can do. If you try to approach people with enough care so they don't think your really upset then they'll talk to you as well. You can talk to me on my talkpage.
