Hello! As you handled this OTRS, can you please go ahead and ask them to submit the OTRS for other images too? All images uploaded by this user are tagged for missing permission by me as they were previously published elsewhere. I guess they would give permission. :I'm not clear on what you think I can do that you cannot do. I would suggest leaving a note on the uploader's talk page, but you can do that. At OTRS, we rarely initiate emails, and this isn't one of those rare examples, plus, I do not have any evidence that the email address associated with the one image I handled is the same as for the others. It may well be, but I do not wish to make that assumption. So if I were to handle it, I would leave a note on the talk page of the uploader, however, because there are 752 open requests, I'd prefer to spend my time processing requests we have, rather than chasing someone who hasn't sent one in.
