Examples of such files, set out at [[Commons:Project scope#Examples]], include "private image collections". Where such a file is not legitimately in use and not [[Commons:Project scope#Must_be_realistically_useful_for_an_educational_purpose|realistically useful for an educational purpose]] (a primary criterion in judging a media's file suitability for Commons), it is eligible to be nominated for deletion.
