Hi Père Igor, after consulting with a fellow admin from France, I am convinced that the drawing on the sign in the middle of your photo is above the threshold of originality and thereby likely copyrighted. As France regrettably has no exemption for works in public space, your photo violates the copyright of the person who created the drawing.
