Hi Nataev, I have to recognize that I don't know how the OTRS guys usually work although I don't really think they'll upload the images themselves. However, applying some common sense, here you have my proposal: upload the images, using a descriptive name; include in all of them the {{tl|OP}} template; next, forward the mail you received to the OTRS mailbox including the extra information about the uploaded files (that you've uploaded the images attached in the mail you're forwarding; and that said files have this, this and this names). It should work (anyway, I'll keep an eye in those files and fix whatever problem may arise). Just let me know when you upload the files and, if necessary, I'll contact an OTRS volunteer to sort the issue out.
