I'm the author of the wikipedia article from which the above file was deleted. I just finished dealing with a rash of deletions from the same article, only to be faced with more deletions. This is becoming more than an annoyance, and is also a source of frustration to the artist himself who's taken his time and provided free content to the project! I'd like it to be firmly & finally noted somewhere among you Commons-folk: PLEASE PUT A HOLD ON DELETIONS RELATED TO ALL JAMES MYLNE ARTWORK/PHOTOS, and REINSTATE ALL RECENTLY DELETED FILES! As the person who solicited the images to illustrate the article, I feel a certain duty to assist James Mylne in the reinstatement of his images. All recent deletions were handled sloppily without proper notification either to me directly or the artist himself, as I'd already noted to Commons mere weeks ago. PUT THEM BACK as speedily as you deleted them, please. You may already find that Mr. Mylne has submitted the proper confirmations to OTRS; if he hasn't, the confirmations will surely come swiftly.
