Do you remember my frustration that we couldn't supply editors with hi-res images from the contact sheets without being charged $17? I think I solved it: Twitter. I will start a Twitter feed featuring whatever image an editor needs - I get the hi-res scan for free for Twitter, and can upload the image to Commons also, the image gets an ARC iD satisfying NARA and no one but a few thousand Wikipedia editors know! hehe!
