This user uploaded only a few images to Commons and the latest image is not free. But I noticed a strange thing. The other images he/she uploaded which have metadata all name different cameras. Are the images OK? I will have to sign off now as its 1:48 AM in Canada but just look at the image uploads and consider if it is 'own work' If it is OK in your opinion, then feel free to launch a DR.
