Wikimedia Commons only accepts media that are explicitly freely licensed. Reading the email chain from Luke Ford, the alleged photographer of the photos, Luke's license to Wikimedia is defective. He never agrees to license the photos. The subsequent behavior of additional photos from the alleged copyright holder is also suspect. This is not an issue related to privacy. The defective license issue has not been raised but it does need to be addressed. Photos from this alleged author are all copyright violations.
