:: One more question. I helped a lady draft and and send an E-mail to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org with three photos of the Uzbek actress Sitora Farmonova attached. She also send the E-mail to me. Will ORTS members upload the photos themselves? If yes, how will I find out when they do? Or can I go ahead and upload them? I'n not sure if ORTS volunteers will locate the photos if I upload them myself. Because the photos in the E-mail are not named properly, they're right from the camera. Thanks! Now, follow the instructions from [[Commons:OTRS]] ("If you are not the copyright holder". #2, 3, etc.), namely, "upload the image to Commons, then tag the file {{tls|OP}}" - OTRS volunteers do not upload, they only check images via links that you send them, and they alter the license after that.
