The user uploads changes that destroy the quality of the file, example he changes RGB and HSL levels of the image, deteriorates its quality.

The user is shown rude and arrogant when I make a claim about it and try to tell him to read the rules of the Wikimedia community about the fairness of the editions. Also when I attempt to instruct him in the rules of the community. He has taken advantage of a mistake I made (edit my talk page which I repent) to blackmail me.
