::It is quite common for folk to donate low-resolution versions and keep the hi-resolution version chargeable. It would be great if he's happy to donate the larger version, but would have been best if he'd uploaded it. If you get permission, Gstaff25 could make a comment on the image description page to state the new higher resolution version is available on the same terms.
