Hi Jim. Can you take a look at [[User talk:INeverCry#Panoramio]]? This user has uploaded copyvios from Panoramio, and even placed fake OTRS tags on some that were cleary marked ARR, and were from atleast 2 different Panoramio accounts. I've blocked him for a week, but the fake tagging and volume of copyvios may justify a long block, and if he's a sock of [[User:Sefer ibrahim]], as Takabeg thinks, the week block should probably be changed to indef.
