I saw on your user page that you are trying to get the images of Sarah Teather, Nick Gibb and Lord Hill, well I have some good news as a Freedom of Information request to the Department of Education asking for the images of these Ministers under the Open Government Licence was successful and the images have been released here:[http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/photographs_of_ministers_50#incoming-320244]. Also asked for and released were the images of the newer Ministers: Matthew Hancock, Elizabeth Truss, David Laws and Edward Timpson, which have also been released and D of E said the images could be taken from here [http://www.flickr.com/photos/educationgovuk/with/8022786284/#photo_8022786284] under the OGL.
