:::::I've taken a look on frwiki to see CDelinker's contributions, and it looks like it took about an hour after the requests were cleared (at 3:22 UTC) to fix links like [https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ouragan_Sandy&diff=prev&oldid=91295882 here]. It looks like the bot is a bit slow, but would fix images eventually. Your edit was just around that time, so the bot would probably have gotten around to fix it. Thanks for bringing it up, btw.
