:Beeing able to download something for free has nothing to do with a file [[COM:PS#Must be freely licensed or public domain|beeing freely licensed or public domain]]. Also its quite simple, if you upload someone else work, NOT to klick the "its entirely my own work" button in the upload wizzard.
