For example [[:File:Standing portrait holding f.jpg]]. Thats your work, entirely? Realy? Certainly not. Its from W. & D. Downey, published by Cassell & Company, Ltd. Its unclear to me what came to your mind when claiming it your own work and when claiming copyright over it and claiming yourself the licensor allowing others to reuse the file as long as "Franzy89" is credited.
