::::No one is above the rules or special. Are we having an opinion contest? If so, It's beyond me what makes you think you're ''so'' special that you are high and mighty and are never wrong. I am new to wikipedia and uploading media and still learning not out to break all the rules and pretend I am special. You have a bad attitude in my opinion is that you should back off and give people the benefit of doubt when you don't know or aren't sure. You complained that you couldn't find the file online or confirm it. Because it is not online. Go bitch to the US gov who has hidden this file since 1971 from investigators. The numbers across the side of the new file are Court Case numbers and is how I got it. If it did not go to court we would not have it. The issue is that you thought a picture that I helped create of US government generated text violated the copyright of someone else. For that I question your wisdom. It was asked and I explained the situation that it is the original work of US gov and the photo was restored and then you went back and deleted it again for some other reason. I had assumed the issue was resolved. In short, you are wasting my time, your time, king of hearts time and the [[COM:OTRS]] with poor judgement. Enforce the rules in a way that is not a waste of time for everyone else. The issue could have easily been resolved and it had been already- why make a federal case out of it if it's not a clear violation. You also seem to get a lot of messages like this one. You had the source info from the previous deletion and I did not see the message that it had an issue until it was gone-either time.
