:I can personally confirm that the [[Special:DeletedContributions/Mraitmaa|Mraitmaa]] and other FNG releases are legit. There was previously some problems with the FNG person sending the OTRS (I understood they sent the unmodified version), and although I contacted my guy on that matter, it obviously didn't go as planned. Likely someone forgot something. I assume that OTRS volunteers don't ignore any OTRS messages sent to the system? I have no OTRS permission myself. Anyways, is it ok for the OTRS to refer to these deleted images by their file name or do the files need to be publicly available for non-admins for the procedure? Identifying the files would not be a problem but are OTRS volunteers generally admins, i.e. is it reasonable to think that a volunteer checking our ticket was also able to restore the files and flag them permitted? --[[User:Pitke|Pitke]] ([[User talk:Pitke|talk]]) 08:27, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
