:::Not without performing a complete rewrite of the bot unfortunately. My bot finds these files in [[:Category:Media missing permission as of unknown date]], which is populated by {{tlx|OTRS pending}} when a page transcluding the template has not been edited in over 30 days. Fortunately, {{tlx|OTRS pending}} can easily be modified to flag files after 65 days. Refer to [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:OTRS_pending&action=edit].
