You deleted several images of USCG Sentinel class cutters recently. Your deletion log said they were duplicates. I'd like to check, if there were images which were not exact duplicates, but you personally thought they were ''similar'' enough that one was redundant, would you have used our procedures for deleting exact duplicates?

:The images were exact duplicates, I checked them before I deleted them and MediaWiki tagged them as exact duplicates. The given sources of the files were exactly the same. Only the categories and the description were a bit different, but the kept files have the better categorization (as e.g. one of the files was in [[:Category:Shipyards]]). --[[User:Didym|Didym]] ([[User talk:Didym#top|talk]]) 23:16, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
