* Topographic map creation is determined with predefined instructions and technological schemes which are not an author's work, but standard. A map which is a copyrighted one has to be created using an original technology and/or using original author's sources. But topographic maps are created using other topographic maps (but finally topographic maps are made using geodetic surveying and/or photogrammetric surveying: direct photo digitizing or orthophoto digitizing), but this kind of work is routine job made by middle level professional skill staff (not engineers) and determined with predefined standard instructions. The aim of these instructions is to avoid any 'author's' artwork and have a standard depiction with standard quality and topographic signs (this signs system is standard also) so nobody can distinguish any differences caused a map creator personality.
