I think we cold use RKD IDs as a property in Wikidata, the way it was done for Joconde [http://wikidata.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/Property:P347]. However, I am not quite sure to understand how RKD works.The URLs suggest that there are two databases, images http://www.rkd.nl/rkddb/dispatcher.aspx?action=search&database=ChoiceImages&search=priref=4132 and portraits http://www.rkd.nl/rkddb/dispatcher.aspx?action=search&database=ChoicePortraits&search=priref=4132 however, the search results are the same, so it seems that it is the same database with two different interface, or at least that the IDs are the same in both databases.
