The syntax for this template is simple: {{go to redirect}} if you want it to display the above, or {{go to redirect|date=date (any format is acceptable)}} if you want it to display a date along with the above.

The Go To Redirect template should be used for pages (preferably your own) that aren't being monitored, and for that reason have redirects going to them. In order for this template to be used properly the redirect page must be at least 2 or less links away. Otherwise it might be difficult for a viewer to find the appropriate page.
