According to some research done by a Flickr user (see [http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmdspk/2514391758/ here]), this was a trading post closed at some time in the 1980ies. The small hut in the front belonged to a Phillips 66 station. The property belongs now to the Nayajo Nation.
