I don't think this is a Reduviid. It lacks the characteristic "collar" behind the head. Notice, there don't appear to be any raptorial forelimbs either. At a glance, it looks more like a member of the family Lygaeidae (seed bugs).

Not a Lygaeidae either (ocelli lacking), should probably be a Largidae or Pyrrhocoridae - consult an expert from the region for proper ID. Moving to Lygaeoidea for now.
