Vehicle was built on 17 October 2008 at Hyundai's main Ulsan assembly plant, and I took delivery in Los Angeles on 20 December 2008.

I tended to drive this car primarily for pleasure use, though some of those road trips turned out to be insanely long (including 1,000 miles from Denver to Los Angeles in one day, for 4th of July 2009). No problems so far aside from an intermittent issue with steering wheel power telescoping. (That turned out to be a known design flaw - fixed by a Hyundai Technical Service Bulletin under warranty.)
