Mrs Florence Brewer uses a machine to put the tops and bottoms on tins of Mepacrine tablets at a pharmaceutical factory near London. The tins are full of the anti-malarial pills, and have been packed in cotton wool, with printed instructions also added before the tins are sealed. According to the original caption, Mrs Brewer's brother is serving in India with the RAF: "she hopes that it he needs a dose of quinine he will get one of the pills she helps to pack".}}
