I'd like to tweak [[Special:Upload]]:

#move Additional Info to the bottom, because it comes with the Edittools which are quite big and distracting, and it anyway makes sense to leave it to the end.

#Have a smaller version of the Edittools for the form - most of it is irrelevant to the form. Maybe just the first line is enough.
