I know descriptions can be and often are multilingual, but I'm wondering if there's any way to group or indicate images (template or category, maybe?) that are described in a particular language? I'm thinking this might be useful for maintenance -- for instance indicating uncategorized images that could benefit from review by someone who reads the language that they are described in -- particularly for smaller languages; and perhaps for translation.
