I think it needs to be put into text somewhere for the people who can only follow text, and it needs to be done quickly. Wherever the spam rules are, they have to be clarified as well, because a lot of spamming or advertising, which is supposed to mean like ''a page that is nothing but advertising'' was taken to mean that an acceptable, even trivial, link on ''a massive amount'' of uploads equated to massive spamming, resulting in tragedy.
