With regard to alleged personal attacks, I've tried (and got, I have to said) to focus on the behaviour of Tomascastelazo and not in himself. I tagged his behaviour as "disruptive" just because it was clearly established [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Administrators%27_noticeboard/User_problems&oldid=93204155#User:Tomascastelazo here] (and as I pointed out there, his behaviour is, unfortunatelly, a pattern since his early beginning in commons). If talking about the level of verbal abuse Tomascastelazo is able to engage in, you can have a look at [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Tomascastelazo&oldid=92660288#Advise_from_Comrade_Stavin this] or [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Tomascastelazo&oldid=92660288#Ecemaml this] (BTW, as A.Savin is Russian, mass-scale genocide carried out by Stalin is mentioned; as I'm a Spaniard, here you have the Spanish Inquisition). BTW, I'm still waiting for an apology (I do know that suffering high levels of verbal abuse is one of the admins' duties, but I don't really think any member of the community, being an admin or not, should be the target of such kind of toxic behaviour).

With regard to the DR, as it was crearly established the disruptive behaviour of Tomascastelazo and its [[COM:POINT|POINTy]] and retaliatory opening of DR I carefully assessed the case and decided, in the most obvious cases, to halt the retaliatory DR's opened by Tomascastelazo, as it has been done in similar situations in the past (Rd232 has already clarified the reach of the policy being invoked here). And that's all. I can see that Tomascastelazo goes on taking this as a battleground. I won't play his game, although, as said, I'm still waiting for apologies.
