|reason=Unknown in "Commons" until today (we only had a small thumbnail of one of the inner courtyards). Nomination of a now disappeared building. This jail was a prison for political prisoners during all the 19th-century, please read the list in the [[:fr:Prison Sainte-Pélagie|in the french wp article]], really impressive. Picture of 1898, the prison was destroyed in 1899. Restored by me. Best in scope IMO. Home work, no geocode is needed, but geocoded nevertheless.
