|reason=Best portrait we have of this Generalfeldmarschall, who was Minister of War (under Bismarck as Chancellor) in Prussia (then, in Germany), between 1859 and 1873. He is the modernizer of the German Army. Very good resolution, unusual little smile, attempt of restoration by me. Geocode not needed because it is a home work.
