Potentially, this is simple but I can't see how to do it! I agree that there may be trouble whereby others have found use for the old version that might not be served well by the new version. But in this case, the file is Electricity.NZ.TiwaiPoint.png and I have a new version with a further year's worth of data included. The original file was moved to the "commons" by someone, no matter.

But, I can't see how to replace it. The guided process produces "File name already exists" and there is no option apparent to specify that yes, I want the old file replaced. Possibly after some other person has verified the intended change as acceptable. I don't want to leave a trail of obsolete files either.
