:::As explained by billinghurst and Orionist, if I understand them correctly because I don't practice much English, I agree with him, and believe it's a case of [[en:logical conjunction|logical conjunction]]. Some people around me, asked for their opinions, agree also. Here is a synthetic table that summarizes my perception regarding the case of Morocco (but not only, I'm also thinking for example of Mozambique).
