:Another thing it might be a good idea to be more lenient about D&Rs of is diagrams, particularly for things like SVGs made from PNGs, and revamps which primarily improve appearance as opposed to content. I can see why we'd want to prevent our hard-working diagram creators from being delisted too readily, but...
