: If someone uploads an image and adds it to a different project, we are causing trouble to that project by deleting that image, unless the user's contributions also are unwanted on that other project. Keep in mind that file information pages only tell if a file is in use on a Wikimedia Foundation project. It might be in use on another project somewhere and deletion would cause problems to that project. It may be fine to speedily delete recently uploaded files unused on other Wikimedia Foundation projects, though.

: The proposal is not clear about what to do if the blocked user uploads an image to Wikipedia or Flickr which is later copied to Commons by another user. Should that image also be speedily deleted as it was originally uploaded by a sockpuppet? This may also mean problems with the way Commons tries to be a media repository for other projects. --Stefan4 (talk) 22:44, 29 March 2013 (UTC)

withdrawn. Clearly but weirdly, consensus is that unlike on Wikipedia, blocked users are pretty much free to edit with impunity using sock puppets. OK then. —LX (talk, contribs) 18:45, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
