Recently an image was deleted of a hot air balloon in the shape of [[w:SpongeBob SquarePants]]. We also have images in [[:Category:Batmobile (1966)]]. There was a [http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2012/02/copyright-to-the-batmobile/ court case] that seems to state that it is copyrighted even though it is a vehicle. We also have images from [[w:Second Life]] that are 3D versions of copyrighted works from real life. [[:File:Yellow Submarine Second Life.png]] is one example. Do we need new sections on the project page to clarify some of these issues?
