:I filed a [[Commons:Bots/Requests/Rybecbot|bot request]] for the newly-created account [[User:Rybecbot|Rybecbot]], the purpose of which is to make minor changes to existing files (non-radical crops) and re-upload them. Since it's a new account, it isn't autoconfirmed so it doesn't have the reupload privilege that would be necessary for this (just reupload-own). Thank you.
