:While I am not on OTRS, in a similar situation I let the licensor manually sign a prepared declaration of permission, scanned it and emailed to to OTRS. --[[User:Túrelio|Túrelio]] ([[User talk:Túrelio|talk]]) 21:03, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
