It's now been recreated again – this time with an OTRS tag. Supposedly, it's published under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license, which requires attribution of the author, but whoever provided the permission supposedly doesn't know who the author is, even though the metadata clearly states that the author is Rob Kim. Why would whoever gave the supposed permission be authorized to do so if they don't even know who took the photo? Now, I believe Getty offers the option to purchase a license for their images; whether that gives the purchaser the right to re-license the image I don't know...
