:I believe it's a description of the subject in {{w|copperplate}}: "Tibang Muntooa". It's an attempt by someone from the {{w|Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland}}, which originally owned the work, to render the [[w:Malay language|Malay]] name of the bird.
