*{{comment}} A few points: There is no copyright violation here, but the [http://s416601515.websitehome.co.uk/index.html landowner] is ''exceptionally'' hostile with regards access and photography. The house itself isn't listed but is on the [http://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?uid=MKE80917&resourceID=1005 Kent Historic Environment Record]. The sheer attitude of the resident's association makes me inclined to keep the photo (could they force a takedown of a US-hosted image?).
