It will remain in copyright in the US until 2043. This was clearly stated in the previous nomination and supported by the discussion, and Yann's closure (which did not even acknowledge the argument for deletion) was improper. India's extension was not retroactive, in the sense that works already in the public domain in 1991 did not have their term extended, but any works still in copyright in 1991 ''did'' have their terms extended to 60 pma.
