These Taiwanese stamps appear to be quite modern, maybe 2005 according to a date on one of the envelopes and are certainly not the work of the uploader so he connot licence them freely. The copyright mosy likely rests with the Taiwanese postal authority; Taiwan copyright is generally 50 years pma per [[COM:CRT]].
