:'''Keep'''. Certainly it is pd/old. The coat of arms of the Vatican City is a re-adoption of the coats of arms of the Holy See rooting back to the 15th century. No infringement of copyright; otherwise all the other versions (some of them not correct in detail) here in WikiCommons (e.g. File:Coat of arms of the Vatican City.svg) would have to be deleted as well.
